Research Technician at Southeast Organic Center (Georgia)
The Research Technician position at Rodale Institute Southeast Organic Center works on assigned research projects as designated by the Research Director. Typically, funded research will be the primary focus of work. Research projects at Rodale Institute include applied and practical projects in regenerative organic agriculture, soil health, water quality, climate change mitigation, and the linkages between healthy soil and healthy people.
Organic Crop Consultant at Southeast Organic Center
The Organic Crop Consultant (OCC) at our Southeast Organic Center will assist farmers across the Southeast with the transition to organic agriculture practices and organic certification regulations and processes. This position will work primarily with farmers, landowners, aspiring farmers, and partner organizations in the Southeast to transition farmland to certified organic production. The consultant will report to the Consultancy Director and work closely with other consultants and the research and education departments, interpreting and translating soil analysis, crop and livestock production research, and other organic research findings to farmers. The position will work remotely, but must reside in Georgia.
