SEEKING: Seeds for Puerto Rico

Green Door Gourmet is assisting the Puerto Rico Resiliency Fund, an organization collecting seeds for Puerto Rican farmers. The organizer’s name is Tara Rodriguez Besosa. From the Puerto Rico Resiliency Fund: We are in immediate need of seeds. Your seed donations should be non-gmo, heat tolerant, nutritionally dense crops, fast growing, low maintenance, pest or disease resistant, and easy to save, in order to guarantee their continuous production.

We’re urgently looking for the following seeds (preferably “fast crops”):
Beans
Cucumber
Squash
Radishes
Turnip
Bok choi
Okra
Kale

Amaranth (use leaf amaranth like spinach)
